Text Box: Kate Johnston, Financial Director : Kate is in charge of running the financial aspects of the business including billings and payments. She has a strong management background and also deals with inbound enquiries to the office.

Text Box: Simon Johnston, Managing Director : Simon has spent nearly 40 years in the industry designing pumping and treatment systems throughout the UK and Internationally. Having spent three years training at Lincolnshire Agricultural College he spent 19 years with Farrow and Wright Rain, pioneering separation and injection technologies and organic irrigation both in the UK and abroad developing the markets for slurry handling in USA and continental Europe. The company introduced the roller press type separator concept and as herds grew larger the screen press units we still see on farms today. During the 1970s Simon provided solutions to many of the larger dairy companies including Golden Vale, Bailleyborough, Co-op, Waterford Foods etc for disposal of whey and later effluent tertiary treatment. Systems for aerobic digestion of waste were also devised and proven in this period. During the 90’s more effluent treatment was installed and systems for denitrifying were developed and commissioned. Simon was also instrumental in introducing slurry flushing systems to the UK following basic American practice adapted for European conditions.
